Hot Cocoa is one of our favorite parts of winter. The sweet smell, the warmth of the cup in your hands, and that lovely taste! We recreated that with this warm brown polish and added some holographic sparkle. Because how to you make hot cocoa better? Rainbow sparkles! Opaque in 2 coats.
