Maranta Plant Portrait Print

This plant portrait print features delicate lines, deep purple hues, and an intricately patterned vase. The maranta plant, also known as the prayer plant, is famous for its leaves that turn upward in the evening, seemingly in prayer for evening vespers.

Kate Martens studied sculpture and fine arts but it was her two trans-Pacific moves to Seoul and Singapore that inspired her work of small ceramic objects, paintings, and line of paper goods.
